At Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium footwear and accessories. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Milano account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused shoes, bags, or wallets in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
